NEW FISHING PIER
After several months of doing the planning; design; getting proper approvals; and then

performing major construction work, we have now completed the assembly of our new

Seven Coves Fishing Pier.
REMINDER---This is a Private Fishing Pier for the use of All Seven Coves

Property Owners And Their Guests.
The electrician has completed the installation of walkway and security lighting on the pier today.

Our resident volunteers have also installed Christmas trees and other brush under the pier

to build a fish habitat and fish structure.
We want to thank Lewis Towing and Salvage for the construction and assembly of

our new pier; Lighthouse Electric for the installation of electrical service and lighting to the pier;

and our Seven Coves resident volunteers for the installation of the fish habitat under the pier.
This fishing pier was requested, and has been a dream of our property owners for the last 15 years

in Seven Coves. Your Board of Directors is now pleased to announce that the Fishing Pier

has now become a reality for all of our property owners and their guests to enjoy.
WE ARE PLEASED TO ANNOUNCE THAT ON SATURDAY, MARCH 2 , 2013, OUR NEW FISHING PIER IS NOW OFFICIALLY “OPEN FOR BUSINESS” !

As budget funds allow, we also plan to install 2 picnic tables and a roof structure on the outer end of the pier.
We certainly hope that everyone will enjoy this new amenity to Seven Coves.
