New Landscaping in the Subdivision
Posted on Dec 30th, 2012
By now most everyone in the subdivision has noticed the new landscaping at the entrance of the subdivision. Below are some pictures that I took yesterday of some of the landscaping that you may not have driven by. If you have a chance go by the office and look at what a wonderful job they did.
The pier is not ready to be used but should be soon and I will post something when it is. Also the kids playground has new border and ground cover.

The new landscaping looks great! The professional work adds "class" to our community. Thank you Board of Directors for helping make this possible (and whomever is involved in this project.)

Hello Tammy --
This is John Shepherd, Seven Coves Association, President of the Board.
I want to personally thank you for your very kind comments regarding the recent professional landscaping work which we have completed at the front entrance; the marina entrance; and around the clubhouse. We are happy that you have noticed our work, and we are glad that you approve. We still have a bit more landscaping work to complete this month which should greatly improve the appearance around the pool and office areas as well.
We have worked very hard this year to do many positive things for Seven Coves which should improve the appearance and appeal of our neighborhood to visitors, as well as potential home buyers; potential marina tenants; and potential clients who might lease our clubhouse for special events. All of this work should provide a positive impact on our property values. We have also done many projects which might not be readily noticed on the surface, but will help maintain our very valuable assets such as our marina docks and our clubhouse, both of which provide a substantial amount of income for our Homeowners Association every year. This income from the marina and clubhouse helps us to keep our annual HOA Maintenance Fees among the lowest on Lake Conroe.
We hope that you will join us at the Annual Property Owners Meeting on Sunday, February 17th at 2:00pm in the clubhouse. At this meeting we will review all of the major projects which have been completed this past year, as well as things which we are planning to do in 2013 which should help us keep Seven Coves moving forward.
Thanks again for taking the time to comment.
Best Regards,
Shep
