About Seven Coves Marina

The Seven Coves Marina has four floating docks with 130 covered slips and 138 uncovered slips. Slips are available for rental to Residents and Non-Residents. There is a boat ramp for the exclusive use of Seven Coves Residents and Marina Tenants. In addition, there are two sets of courtesy docks for guests. O'Keeffe, Marina Committee Chairman, for more information. The Marina Committee meets the 2nd Thursday of each month in the Clubhouse at 6:30 p.m. Please feel free to come to a meeting to learn more about the Marina. Marina Day 2010 update:

"Marina Day" was a success! We served 650 people with hamburgers and hotdogs. We had snow cones, moon-walks, and dunked famous people. The Dive Team, our new Manager Penny Simpson, and other volunteers got "wet" for the cause. Donations for door prizes exceeded $6,000 and the 50-50 raised $250 for the Montegomerv Countv Precinct One Constable's Dive Team. The final tally was $2,119 from Seven Coves!
I recently received a communication from the Montgomery County Precinct One Constable's Dive Team Leader and
Dive Master, Vernon Miller, "On Monday June 28, 2010 @ 9am, the donation made by C.H.A.S.E.R.foundation & the
Seven Coves Marina Committee will be awarded to the Constable's Dept. Dive Team, in Commissioner's Court.".
This presentation will finalize months of hard work by Committee members and volunteers for the 2010 Marina Day
event, which focused on "Water Safety and Awareness".
This is another exciting opportunity for Seven Coves to be involved in The Greater Lake Conroe Area and to make a
difference in the local community where we live. The equipment that will be purchased through "Marina Day 2010"
will most likely save the life of someone you know or someone you love, here on Lake Conroe. We, the Seven Coves
Marina Committee, give thanks to all our neighbors for your continued support.
